1st June 1533 – The Whit Sunday Coronation of Anne Boleyn

On the 1st June 1533, Whit Sunday, Anne Boleyn was crowned Queen at a ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
She was marrying Henry VIII, as his second wife. Three years later, in May 1536 she was executed after being accused of adultery and witchcraft...
